Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

At KeyPen Up, the safety and protection of all users, especially minors, is a top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and are fully committed to preventing the use of KeyPen Up in any way that could facilitate harm toward children.

This policy has been created in accordance with the requirements of Google Play and the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.

KeyPen Up is developed/published by Digital Prodigee LLC.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any activity, behavior, content, communication, or conduct involving:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors
  • Solicitation of minors for inappropriate or illegal activity
  • Sextortion involving minors
  • Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of children
  • Any content that sexualizes minors in any way

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Users of KeyPen Up are strictly prohibited from:

  • Uploading, sharing, transmitting, or storing any illegal content involving minors
  • Using the platform to communicate with minors for exploitative purposes
  • Attempting to manipulate, pressure, or coerce minors into sharing inappropriate content
  • Using deceptive identities to engage with minors unlawfully
  • Encouraging, promoting, or distributing exploitative material involving children

We reserve the right to remove content immediately without notice.

3. Reporting & User Safety Mechanism

We provide users with the ability to report inappropriate content or suspicious behavior directly within the application.

Users can report:

  • Illegal content
  • Harassment involving minors
  • Suspicious conversations or grooming behavior
  • Accounts engaging in harmful activity

All reports are reviewed with urgency by our moderation or compliance team.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect our users, KeyPen Up implements safety procedures including:

  • Manual review of user reports and flagged content.
  • Manual moderation and review processes
  • Investigation of flagged content and suspicious activity
  • Immediate removal of prohibited content
  • Permanent account bans for policy violations

We reserve the right to restrict access to any account that violates child safety policies.

5. Compliance With Law Enforcement

If we identify confirmed illegal material or behavior involving CSAE or CSAM, we may:

  • Preserve evidence where legally required
  • Remove offending content immediately
  • Suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts
  • Report incidents to relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperate with child protection agencies where legally required

We comply with applicable child safety and digital protection laws globally.

6. Age Protection Standards

Our platform is not intended to facilitate harmful interactions involving minors.

We take steps to:

  • Restrict harmful content
  • Prevent inappropriate user interactions
  • Enforce community guidelines designed to protect vulnerable users
  • Remove accounts found violating child safety rules

7. Community Responsibility

All users agree to help maintain a safe environment by:

  • Reporting suspicious behavior immediately
  • Avoiding harmful or exploitative conduct
  • Following all platform safety guidelines
  • Respecting age restrictions where applicable

Failure to comply may result in account termination.
